Access Keys
Hi
I played the 10 day trial of Nightfall and loved it so went out and bought a copy of Nightfall. I added the access key to the account I had demo'ed but it is still saying I'm not authorized to play.... What did I do wornf? |

Taken from the PlayNC website, this is exactly what I did. Does it take time for it to take effect maybe?

I just hope you haven't created a new account by chance... if so its start again unless you message ANet support. If you need a hand I would find someone you can trust so they can add the key for you in case you worried.

as stated above add the key to the temporary account and you should be allowed to keep your previously created characters.
